I. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service immediately via email at silicone@mealtimeshield.comand provide your order number. If we successfully process your cancellation request before the shipping process begins, we will provide a full refund.

Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been packaged, shipped, and handed over to the carrier (i.e., tracking information has been generated), it cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow the “Returns” process below after receiving the goods.

II. Return Eligibility and Conditions
Due to silicone bibs being personal care products that come into direct contact with food, for hygiene and health reasons, we only accept returns that meet the following strict conditions:

Condition Requirements: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original sales condition, including all original packaging and labels intact.

Reasons for ReturnWe offer a 14-day return window for unused items. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee (if applicable).

Time Limit: You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods to initiate the return process.

III. Return Process (Prior Authorization Required) Packages returned without our prior written approval will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.

Contact Customer Service: If you discover a manufacturing defect in the product within 14 days, please contact us immediately at silicone@mealtimeshield.com and provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photo/video evidence.

Obtaining Authorization: Our customer service team will review your application and notify you of the results via email within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a detailed return shipping address.

Returning the Product: Please send the eligible product, all accessories, and original packaging, along with the provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to the address provided. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

(Please be sure to include the provided return authorization number on the outside of the package or in the accompanying documents.)

IV. Refund Processing
Inspection and Processing: We will process your return within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item and verifying in our warehouse that the returned goods meet all return conditions.

Refund Issuance: Once the inspection is complete, we will immediately initiate the refund process. The refund will be returned to the original payment account used when placing the order.

Refund Processing Time: After the refund is issued, it usually takes 5-10 business days for your bank or payment service provider (e.g., Stripe, your credit card issuer) to process and display it on your statement. The total processing time is approximately 7-10 business days after receiving the returned goods.

Refund Amount: For eligible and approved returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund (including original shipping costs).

V. Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage: Please inspect the package upon receipt. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please open the box in the presence of the carrier to inspect the contents and take photos immediately as evidence. If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement.

Returns Not Meeting Return Conditions: If the returned item does not meet the conditions specified in this policy (e.g., used, not defective, missing accessories), we will not be able to process a refund. We reserve the right to return the item to you (shipping costs payable by you) or retain the item and notify you.
