Order Cancellation

Pre-shipment Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service email address silicon@mealtimeshield.com immediately and provide your order number. If we successfully process your cancellation request before the shipping process begins, we will provide a full refund.

Post-shipment Cancellation: Once the order has been packaged, shipped, and delivered to the carrier (i.e., tracking information has been generated), it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please follow the “Returns” process below after receiving the goods.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

Because silicone bibs are personal care products that come into direct contact with food, for hygiene and health reasons, we only accept returns that meet the following strict conditions:

Condition Requirements: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original sales condition, including all original packaging and labels intact.

Reason for Return: We offer a 14-day return period for unused items. For returns not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping and replacement costs (if applicable).

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods to initiate the return process.

Return Process (Prior Authorization Required): Packages returned without our prior written approval will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.

Contact Customer Service: If you discover a manufacturing defect in the product within 14 days, please contact us immediately at silicon@mealtimeshield.com, providing your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographic/video evidence.

Obtain Authorization: Our customer service team will review your application and notify you of the review result via email within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and provide a detailed return address.

Return: Please send the eligible product, all accessories, and original packaging, along with the provided Return Authorization (RMA) number, to the above address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

(Please be sure to indicate the return authorization number on the outside of the package or in any accompanying documents.)

Refund Processing

Inspection and Processing: We will process your return within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets all return conditions of our warehouse.

Refund Process: Once inspection is complete, we will initiate the refund process immediately. The refund will be returned to the original payment account used when you placed the order.

Refund Processing Time: After the refund is issued, it typically takes 5-10 business days for your bank or payment service provider (such as Stripe, your credit card issuer) to process the refund and show it on your bill. The total processing time after receiving the refund is approximately 7-10 business days.

Refund Amount: For eligible and approved returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods. For EU/UK customers, we will refund the original standard shipping cost according to local regulations. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund (including the original shipping cost).

Non-Returnable Items

Transportation Damage: Please inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please open the box in front of the carrier to inspect the contents and take photos immediately. If the product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assist you in making a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement.

Returns Not Eligible: If the returned goods do not meet the conditions stipulated in this policy (e.g., used, not defective, missing accessories), we will not be able to process a refund. We reserve the right to return the goods to you (at your expense) or retain the goods and notify you.
