Shipping Location and Processing
All orders are shipped directly from our own warehouse in Switzerland.

As a brand with our own production and warehousing facilities, we are committed to picking, quality checking, and shipping your order within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of receiving your order.
Shipping Areas and Carriers
We primarily provide shipping services to customers in Europe and United States. Depending on your shipping address, we will select a reliable international or local carrier to ensure service quality and timeliness.
Europe: We typically work with local postal services or professional courier companies (e.g., DPD).
United States and other regions: We typically use international express services such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, or ship via postal networks.
The specific carrier and available services will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Estimated Delivery Time
Processing and Shipping Time: Within 2 business days (from the time of order confirmation email).
Shipping Time: After the package is shipped, our standard estimated delivery time is 7 business days.
Please note: “7 business days” is an estimated time from the shipping date and is not a guarantee. Actual delivery time may be delayed due to the following factors:
Customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Holiday peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).

Shipping Costs and Customs Duties
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping service, package weight, and destination. You will need to confirm this cost before completing payment.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees: For international orders (especially orders outside the EU, such as the UK, USA, and Canada), the recipient (you) is responsible for paying all applicable import duties, value-added tax (VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees. These fees are collected by the customs department of the destination country during package clearance and cannot be estimated or collected by mealtimeshield. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s import regulations in advance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package status in real-time on the respective carrier’s official website.
Shipping Issues and Responsibilities
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide in your order is complete and accurate. mealtimeshield is not responsible for delivery failures, returns, or additional costs due to incorrect, incomplete addresses, or no one being available to receive the package. If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
Risk Transfer: Once the package is handed over to the carrier and a tracking number is provided, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in inquiring with or filing a claim against the carrier.
Shipping Delays: We understand, but cannot be held directly responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or force majeure. We will do our best to assist you in tracking your package.
