SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
We process orders from warehouses located in the United States and Europe to ensure efficient delivery of products to our key markets.

Logistics and Timeline:
We utilise Priority services from major carriers (including DHL, FedEx, and UPS). The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days.
Tracking: You will receive automated email notifications regarding your shipment’s status at key stages: Dispatch, Arrival at Logistics Facility, and Out for Delivery.
Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances may occur. We explicitly reserve a buffer period of up to 3 business days beyond the standard delivery window for force majeure events.
Lost Packages and Investigation:
If your order has not arrived after the estimated window plus the 3-day buffer period, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
Transfer of Risk (EU & US Compliance):
For Customers in the European Union: In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
For Customers in the United States and Rest of World: The risk of loss generally passes upon delivery to the address provided at checkout, subject to applicable local statutes.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
